How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your AutoForwardText subscription at any time from the customer billing portal.

Steps to cancel

  1. Open the Customer Billing Portal

  2. Sign in using the same email address used for your AutoForwardText subscription

  3. Locate your active subscription

  4. Select Cancel Subscription

  5. Confirm cancellation

What happens after I cancel?

After cancellation:

• Connected devices may automatically disconnect
• Connected WhatsApp accounts may automatically disconnect
• Twilio channels may stop processing messages
• Message forwarding will stop
• Auto replies will stop
• Webhooks and workflows will stop running
• Dashboard messaging features may become unavailable

Any active automations relying on connected channels will stop functioning once service becomes inactive.

 

Will my data be deleted immediately?

Canceling your subscription does not immediately delete your account.

Your account and historical data may remain available for a limited period, depending on your account status and billing settings.


Can I reactivate later?

Yes.

You can return at any time and restart your subscription. After reactivation, you may need to reconnect devices or channels that were automatically disconnected.


Important

Removing devices or uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel your subscription.

Subscription cancellation must be completed from the billing portal.
